Questions
What must an NDIS invoice include?
Your business name and ABN, the participant's name and NDIS number, the support item number, the date, quantity and price of each support, the claim type, the total and any GST. See the full list.
Do I charge GST on NDIS supports?
Most NDIS supports are GST-free, so the invoice shows no GST. Tick “GST applies” only on a line that is taxable; the invoice then becomes a tax invoice.
Can one invoice cover two participants?
No. An invoice can only be for one participant, but it can include several supports and dates.
Is participant data stored?
No. The PDF is generated in your browser and is never uploaded. Only your own business details can be remembered, and only in this browser if you choose.
