Quantity is the total for the whole period, for example 6 hours a week for 12 weeks = 72.

Notes Optional

When you need a quote

Participants and plan managers ask for quotes to check a support fits the plan budget before it starts, and some supports in the NDIS Support Catalogue have no price limit and must be quoted. A quote with item numbers also makes the service agreement and later invoices easy, because the same lines carry through.

How to work out the quantity

Enter the total for the period the quote covers. For example, 3 hours twice a week for 12 weeks is 72 hours. If shifts fall on different days or times, add a line for each time band, because evenings, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays have their own item numbers and price limits.

Questions

Do NDIS quotes include GST?

Most NDIS supports are GST-free when the participant has a plan and a written agreement with the provider. NDIS price limits already include any GST.

Can I quote above the price limit?

No. For NDIA-managed and plan-managed participants you can’t charge more than the price limit for the item. The check next to each line shows the limit.

Is my data stored?

No. The PDF is made in your browser and nothing you type is uploaded.
